HOW DO WE RESERVE OUR WEDDING DATE?
A 30% booking fee and signed contract is required in order to get your wedding day on the calendar. Two weeks prior to your wedding, the reminder of the balance is due.
HOW LONG TO WE HAVE TO BOOK AHEAD?
Some dates and months are more popular than others, so it’s best to book as far ahead as you can to ensure availability.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU’RE SICK OR OTHERWISE UNABLE TO COME TO MY WEDDING?
One of the great things about using my service is I have a strong team with a deep talent. I will send a team that is available as the replacement. We’re here to take the stress out of your wedding day and you really can rely on us 100%.
HOW LONG DO WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR OUR PHOTOS AND VIDEO?
We attentively retouch your images and compile your videos with love and detail. We do post sneak peek images regularly but your final package will be delivered 10-12 weeks after your wedding date (season depending). Festive season, new years and Easter weekend may cause delays in final delivery times.
DO YOU TRAVEL?
We love to travel! It’s fantastic to shoot in new locations.
We do ask that you cover our travel and/or accommodation expenses - custom packages can be worked out to include these.
DO YOU SUPPLY RAW FOOTAGE TO US?
Not at all. All images and video footage are carefully selected, retourched and produced to provide only the best for our clients.
