How do we book you?
A 30% booking fee and signed contract is required in order to get your wedding day on the calendar. Two weeks prior to your wedding, the reminder of the balance is due.
When's the best time to book?
As soon as possible! Some dates and months are more popular than others, so it’s best to book as far ahead as you can to ensure availability.
What happens if you're sick or can't make it?
One of the great things about using my service is I have a strong team with a deep talent. I will send a team that is available as the replacement. We’re here to take the stress out of your wedding day and you really can rely on us 100%.
When do we get our photos/ video?
We attentively retouch your images and edit your video with love and attention to detail. We do post sneak peek images regularly but your final package will be delivered 10-14 weeks after your wedding date (season depending). Festive season, new years and Easter weekend may cause delays in final delivery times.
Do you travel?
We love to travel! It’s fantastic to shoot in new locations.
We do ask that you cover our travel and/or accommodation expenses - custom packages can be worked out to include these.
How do we get our photos/ video?
We love attention to detail, so you will receive a branded USB, and a few favourite prints all packaged in a beautiful keepsake box.
